At Makadeki Shokudo, we carefully select ingredients and seasonings that are good for the body and the environment from a unique perspective.

Most of the ingredients used at Makadeki Shokudo are vegetables, and the owner, who lives in Kamiyama-cho, Tokushima Prefecture, visits the producers in person to understand what kind of people produce what kind of thinking, and then do business with them. I am careful. The frequency of shipping from the production area is several times a week, and it is shipped to Tokyo in as fresh a condition as possible. Of course, all the vegetables are from farmers who are particular about natural farming, organic farming, no pesticides used during the cultivation period, and reduced pesticides.
